1. If you have placed an order but wish to change or cancel it then please contact us via email so we can assist you with a return address.
   
2. The Distance Selling Regulations give you a right to a “cooling off” period in which to cancel if you don’t want the goods that you have ordered for any reason at all. If you are in the UK and you wish to cancel your entire order then you may do so within 28 days after the date from which you receive your goods. If you wish to do this you must let us know and return the goods in an undamaged condition within 28 days of the date on which you told us you were intending to cancel the order. You are responsible for any postage and packaging costs of returning the goods to us unless sending back due to damage. Once we receive the goods back from you and we have checked that they are in a good, unused condition we will refund you the cost of the goods in full by the method you used to pay for the original transaction.  We will make this reimbursement within 7 working days of our receipt of the goods back from you. Deductions will be applied from your reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

You can return your as-new THINKCULTURECLOTHING.CO.UK product(s) within 28 days for an exchange or refund.

*Please note that all products must be in a resellable condition - unused, unwashed, unworn and in all original packaging with any tags, stickers. Underwear, personalised or sale items cannont be returned.

EXCHANGES
If you would just like to exchange your order for another size or colour. Simply follow the return procedure and then place a new order.
